Pastor Mickey serves MWA as the Bible teacher/Chaplain. He has 15 years experience working with youth. Currently, Mickey is working on his Ph. D. in Youth Ministries. He and his wife Esther have two boys.

Carol Jourdan is the head girls dean at Maplewood. She also assists in the business office. Carol and her husband, Cameron, have three kids who have all graduated from Maplewood.

Mrs. Johnson is the mother of three Maplewood Academy alumni. Her experience as a home maker has served her well in her role as a surrogate mother to the students of Maplewood.
