Sherry Lund is a strong believer in the benefits of Christian education and is a graduate of Campion Academy, Union College, and Crown College (with an Early Childhood and Family Education Minnesota license).  

 

Sherry and her husband, Byron, have been married for 44 years and have 2 grown children, Sabrina and Lucas, who both attended Maplewood Academy.  

 

Sherry has devoted a large share of her life to serving youth and children as Children's Librarian, and she has used her love of youth, reading, and dogs to promote childhood literacy through the use of therapy dogs trained and certified as R.E.A.D. (Reading Education Assistance Dogs).  

In her free time, she enjoys reading in her hammock swing under the apple tree or in her tree loft.
